Jacob and Heather met on Match.com in October, 2005 while Jacob was at ISU and Heather, just down the street, at IWU. They joined the dating site the same day and began talking within four days. For their first meeting, Heather and Jacob met at Baskin Robbins for ice cream. They connected immediately and ended up spending the evening watching movies and talking. After a year and a half together, Jacob proposed to Heather in April of 2007 and the wedding planning in underway!

Heather and Jacob's wedding will take place in Moline, Illinois at the Scottish Rite Cathedral on December 29th at 3:00pm. A dinner reception will follow at the Best Western SteepleGate Inn in Davenport, Iowa, just across the Mississippi River. Accomodations for out-of-town guests are available at the Best Western.
