Tips:

While credit cards can be used to purchase most anything at the resort, they cannot be used for tips.  The best way to tip is to bring cash (dollar bills).  The hotel provides a safe in every room, allowing guests to keep their valuables and money locked away until needed.  

This resort is HUGE:

Be ready to walk!  This beautifully maintained resort will definitelly increase your appetite as you burn some calories walking around.  There are cute shops and plenty of restaurants to visit!  You will find all you need in the various shops but we recommend you bring plenty of sun screen as it tends to be expensive if bought on-site. 

Activities:

The hotel provides plenty of options for off-resort excursions.  These can be booked directly at the resort, and we feel that there is a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone.  If possible, use your Visa credit card for booking, as Mastercard is not always accepted due to higher fees. 

Make your restaurant reservations as soon as you arrive!

We can't stess enough how important it is to head to the restaurant booking desk as soon as you arrive at the resort.  Reservations fill up fast and are first come, first served.  The booking desk is located in the entrance lobby or nearby.  You are required to make reservations in-person; there is no advance internet reservation option.  You will have plenty of restaurants to choose from, pleased do not be alarmed if you don't have a restaurant reservation for every night of your stay; the resort has amazing buffet-style restaurants that do not require a reservation, where everyone can find something they like. 

Martina and Mandon will try to organize a group dinner on Friday the 17th for those who are interested.  The dinner reservation will be made earlier in the week, as soon as we know how many people will be present.

All Inclusive

Yes! It means all inclusive! You won't have to worry about food or drinks. Each room has a mini bar that gets stocked daily with water and soft drinks/beer, buffets provide all day food source with exeptions of couple hours when they restock and clean up. Bars are stratigically located throughout the resort so your glass will never get empty! Your room will get clened daily and the service is fast and friendly.
