We were brought together by our mutal love for the game of baseball and Hooters. Our first date was to watch a Rangers double header at the Hooters on Riverside Drive in Austin, Texas; Jenny's pick-lol. We have been together ever since and taken in many more Rangers, Astros, and Round Rock Express baseball games. That is not at all suprising to anyone who knows us.

We got engaged on December 15th in Las Vegas! Jay proposed in front of the Bellagio, while watching a water show. While we did not want to wait to be engaged until hell froze over...it was snowing in Las Vegas-just for Jenny. Las Vegas , Christmas time with decorations , Hooters (stayed at the Hotel and Casino) , Bellagio fountains , snow , and a sparkly ring for Jenny It was a GREAT trip!

To those who know us even the least amount it will come as no surprise that our wedding will be at a baseball diamond. Since we spent so much time there and have been involved so deeply with the Round Rock Express so far in our relationship, it seemed fitting to be married at the United Heritage Center at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas. The Dell Diamond has been almost like a second home and the people there like a second family. Many of them have gone out of their way to help make this special day for us possible and there are no words to adequately express our gratitude!

We have worked hard to put together a wedding that is a reflection of who we are as a couple, so we want our guests to come ready to have a great meal and a fun time in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We are not typically very fancy, so there is no need for you to be, either. Feel free to come in business casual or something you might wear to church. So, guys can wear some slacks or khakis and a polo or button shirt; girls can wear skirt, dress or dress slacks.

Our reception will be at the same venue, so there's no need to drive! We will have dinner, cake, and dancing. We want everyone to enjoy themselves as we celebrate our special day. Almost world famous UPS Ronnie Ross will be doing the BBQ (brisket, turkey, and sausage) and the fixins will be provided by the Express Hospitality. We will provide tea, water, some beer and margaritas. After that it will be a cash bar-so you will be on your own!

The Dell Diamond is located in Round Rock, Texas a few minutes north of Austin on I-35. Take the Hwy 79/Hutto exit off I-35 and go east until you see a big baseball diamond on your left! lol. Turn left at the light directly in front of the ballpark, just past the Dell Diamond marquee. The United Heritage Center is located down the 1st base side of the park on the Hwy 79 side facing south. If you are flying in, the Austin Bergstrom International Airport is the closest.
