Heather Lewelling & Charles Noa
Our Story
Well it all started 4 years ago.....It was Heather's birthday. She invited all her friends to celebrate with her at a night club. Her sister got everyone together and got the VIP lounge. Heather invited a long time friend Lyndsey to the club to enjoy the night together. Everyone was told that they could invite some friends if they wanted to and Lyndsey invited her co worker Charles. Charles was astounded when he met Heather and Heather couldn't believe how well he knew how to treat a woman. From there Charles searched for Heather and eventually found her. She was in Monterey Bay studying in college to become a teacher. As Charles lived in Fresno and Heather lived in Monterey our communication via phone, e-mail, and myspace brought us closer. Then Heather made more trips home to Fresno and Charles made more trips to Monterey. We became close and knew that each other was THE ONE. The one that we knew we could spend the rest of our lives with. Charles took Heather to a scary movie and she hates scary movies BUT she went anyways because she liked him. Charles opened Heather's door, paid for the tickets, and treated her like a queen which she was not use to. That next week we became boyfriend and girlfriend. Since we both are very family oriented that was the first thing we wanted to do....have each other meet the WHOLE family. Charles accompanied Heather to Tamera's Wedding and Heather went Alexis' graduation. The families welcomed us with open arms and we felt comfortable and happy. We then continued traveling back and forth between Fresno and Monterey for a while. Charles made the move to Monterey where we lived in our first home together. Now this was a tiny home, but it was perfect for two people in love. Heather was a teacher and met her dreams in both career and love and Charles was a manager and was in love.
In the summer of July Charles and Heather explored Hawaii together. Charles was excited to show Heather a part of Hawaii sh had never seen. Heather met lots of family and friends for the first time, the manapua man, Charles home town Nanakuli, and all the spots and memories that Charles holds close to his heart. We went on a cruise to the other islands where it was first time for both of us. We arrived at the Big Island...Hilo where we went to our first black sand beach. Charles asked the tour guide to take a picture and I was staring off into the ocean as I turn around he's on one knee proposing....screams and whistles loudly around us....oh it was perfect.
We made our move into our new house in Fresno, Ca because our priorities in life had changed. We wanted to be around our family again, have a home, get married, and look toward what the future might bring.
Our Wedding
Our wedding will be held in Clovis Ca at he Clovis Veteran Memorial Hall. It will be at 4pm on April 17, 2010. We have a buffet of food consisting of tri tip, kulua pig, salad, rolls, rice, pan cit, lumpia, lomi lomi salmon, and cake. We have entertainment presented by the polesional club of Fresno, Hot Rain, Avalanche DJ, and possibly Fiji. The attire is formal and the color scheme is blue and tan.
