Simply put, Jody and I met on Match.com.  We exchanged our first emails on a Saturday, spoke on the phone for the first time on Sunday, and went on our first date a couple weeks later on Friday, Apr 27, 2012 at The Melting Pot.  We had so much fun and such good conversation during dinner that we decided to prolong the evening by taking a walk to our local Starbucks.  Our second date followed that next Tuesday.  Since then, we've been inseparable.  

On Saturday, November 14, 2016, Jody proposed marriage on Tybee Island, GA.  It was the happiest day of our lives!
